Samsung Galaxy S5 VS Apple IPhone 5S

Samsung and Apple are the two stakeholders of electronic industry, worldwide. When it comes towards the smartphones, the world seems to be like the world of Apple and Samsung. According to a survey by Changewave, 451 researches have been performed and above 4000 North Americans have been responded to that research. Anticipation for Samsung galaxy S5 and IPhone 6 that are yet to be announced are reaching to the new peaks.
Hardware:
The Biggest premium and superstar smartphones of 2014 are Samsung galaxy S5 and IPhone 5S. One is a big robust android based phone and the other one is a small delicate phone designed with agronomic ease of use. The Galaxy S5, like the iPhone 5S, will be fast enough to perform multi-processing without feeling slow. It is equipped with a 2.5GHz quad-core Qualcomm Krait processor along with 2GB of RAM. It has 16 or 32 gigabyte storage capacity and support 64 GB micro SD card. Its display is 5.1 inches large high definition display. The screen automatically adjusts elements i.e. color gamut, white tone and contrast. Wireless connectivity e.g. 11ac Wi-Fi (MIMO), NFC, Bluetooth 4.0, infrared transmitter and the all new 4G technology makes the galaxy S5 up-to-date. The galaxy S5 camera has reached to 16Mp with super-fast auto focus that can capture a photo in 0.3 seconds. Video shoots in 4k resolution. On the other hand, IPhone 5S has a 64-bit Dual core Cyclone A7 processor that runs at 1.3GHz frequency, and 1GB of DDR3 RAM. It is available in 16, 32 and 64 gigabyte storage capacity, but doesn’t support any storage card. It has a 4 inches large display with an aspect ratio of 10:9. IPhone 5S is loaded with 802.11n Wi-Fi and 4G coverage. It has an 8Mp camera equipped with true tone flash and backside illumination sensor. It shoots video at 1080p and also has a Slow-mode. The front camera is 1.2Mp which is limited to 720p.
Design:
As compared to the previous Samsung generations and other galaxy smartphones, Samsung galaxy S5 retains that recognizable Samsung shape. It looks a little like Samsung Galaxy Tab 3 and is loaded with dust and water resistant credentials. But the user should make sure that the port covers are on and the rear cover is clipped properly. Galaxy S5 comes in four colors i.e. white, black, blue and copper gold. On the other hand, same cannot be said for IPhone 5S. It looks a little like IPhone 5 and has an aluminum body with an aluminosilicate glass front. Being 112g heavy and 7mm thick, it is lighter than galaxy S5. IPhone 5S have three color options i.e. silver, gold and space grey.
Software:

Galaxy S5 operates and android based operating system with android kit Kat, whereas the IPhone 5S is IOS based smartphone. IOS 7 now comes with a control center that allows the users to make quick settings. It includes some other tweaks e.g. better multi-tasking and locks screen access to the notification center. Apple has a strong Apps Store, but iOS has a distinct lack of customizability which is a major strong point of Android.
